Many of us at least once wanted to start life with a clean slate, some - starting from the new year, some - from Monday... Most often, what we planned is not carried out or lasts not for long, because This is a rather difficult step - to start living in a new way. Everyone understands something different by this - some mean global changes, others want to quit smoking, others want to change jobs, others want to change their lifestyle, and so on. How to start life with a clean slate? There are several steps to help those who decide to change their life to consolidate their undertakings, so that these changes last longer than a day or two. First, reflect on the reasons why you want to change your life. What doesn't suit you about the current state of things? What will improve, what changes will happen? Write it all down on paper. Also think about the possible unpleasant consequences of changes. Will they or won't they? If so, how can their impact be minimized? Think and decide as precisely as possible what exactly and when you want to do in order to start a new life. It would be a good idea to draw up an action plan and think about whether any preparation or conditions are needed to implement this plan. The answers to the following questions will help you decide on your actions. What is the purpose of my life? What do I value most in life, what are my priorities? What do I want to be like in a few years, what do I want to achieve? What is needed to achieve these goals? What obstacles might get in the way, what obstacles will I face? How can these obstacles be overcome? You will get a kind of essay that will help you decide on your life priorities and value system, as well as draw up a more or less specific plan. And a person who has a plan, and not vague ideas, has a much greater chance of achieving what he wants and not going astray. And if a person does go astray, then an action plan will help him quickly get back on the right path. Consider the possibility that one day it will become difficult for you to follow this chosen plan. What are you going to do then? Think again, do you really want to change your life, or is it better to leave everything in its place? Think about the good changes you've had in your life before. Thanks to what, through what actions did you achieve them? Past experience will provide an opportunity to understand the current issue. If you have just started changing your life, think and write down what improvements have already happened? If you suddenly want to quit everything, think about the reasons why you started all this, read your notes. Think about what goals you will achieve if you continue on your path, imagine how good it will be for you. If some problems from the past are holding you back and you are going back, try to stay on your right path, read the plan, motivate yourself, think positive. Most often, after the first difficulty, people give up on their plans, realizing that everything is more difficult than it seemed at first. It is not right. Think about what you have already been able to achieve. Stop deviating from your chosen goal and return to your planned path. Remember that your strength, uniqueness and wisdom are in you! Learn to use this to change your life. If you want change, then try to let go of the past, forgive old grievances, say goodbye to complexes. Try to become brighter, more optimistic, think positively, start a program of your own change and transformation. Repeat affirmations to yourself if necessary. For example, if you feel unsure of yourself, repeat: “I am confident in myself!” And so on by analogy. Focus your attention on your strengths, believe in yourself, thereby programming yourself for success. But this, of course, does not happen overnight; you have to work on it, especially if you start working on yourself globally and practically from scratch, i.e. almost completely changing yourself. If you look for analogues to your changes, then an example can be given!
