From the author: Hello! In this article, I invite you to think about what is behind dissatisfaction in a person’s life, when there is a feeling that you are living in a draft or to the fullest. Happy reading! Have you or someone you know ever felt like you were living in a draft or to the fullest with the hope that a happy future is about to come, but now you need to be patient? But it still doesn’t come and doesn’t come - and instead, first you get angry, then you despair and, in the end, you generally lose your taste for life. This happens when you don’t live by your desires and needs. Every child in childhood has a script for his subsequent life, what he will do and what mission he will carry out. Sometimes, instead of being the creator of your life, the path is replaced by the imposed scenarios of your parents. For example, “I want you to get an education, go abroad and become a prominent scientist,” “And I want you to study only with straight A’s and take care of your parents,” and much more, but what does the child really want? it doesn't matter. You seem to live their life and realize their desires - and you are forced to agree to this in order to be loved and desired in their eyes. When this realization occurs, it can cause a lot of pain. And as a result, a feeling of loneliness, confusion and despair may arise. What to do, how to understand what kind of person you really are? This is possible without rejecting the path already traveled - it’s like smoothly transferring a speeding train to another track of the road. The first step is to become aware of your current state of dissatisfaction and the desire to understand yourself. Next, so to speak, stand behind the movie camera of your life yourself and start trying to shoot. There will be mistakes and failures - this is completely normal. Through the support of people acting in your best interests and trial and error, you can learn to better understand yourself and your real needs, which will turn you on and energize you. I believe that everyone can achieve great results if they really want to step on this road of self-knowledge. Your personal online psychologist - © Dmitry Neshchadim!
