Here are the steps that will help us “brainwash” ourselves in order to get rid of harmful beliefs (leaving only useful ones): 1) Shift your attention from negative thoughts to positive ones (in the evening, write down 5 of your successes - big and small - over the past day). 2) Take care of your body: physical activity, plenty of water and fresh air, 8-hour sleep, etc. 3) Say positive affirmations several times a day (for example, this one - every day, always and in everything, my things are getting better and better).4) Find yourself a positive hobby that will allow you to communicate with optimistic people. The past year has not been what many of us had hoped for. 2022 has become the year of the universal roller coaster ride. We have fallen off a cliff and soared up. .We were afraid and rejoiced. We cried and laughed. I would like to remind you of worldly wisdom: “Problems are part of our life. Meet them with a smile and gratitude.” Accept the changes that are happening.
