About how not to get tired a little later. Let's first define the terms. So, what is usually meant by “doing everything”: - Work at work (in business); - Earn extra money/earn extra money; - Prepare food/clean/wash/buy/disassemble, etc.;- Learn homework with your child/help your husband make a report/mom find a recipe/friend serve as a psychotherapist in a telephone conversation, etc.; That’s all or something else? Do you feel like something is missing? It seems that something very important is missing, something that we do exclusively for ourselves. If we do everything on this list, then dissatisfaction will steadily accumulate. Because this list does not satisfy one’s own personal needs at all. Dissatisfaction will grow. It will seem to us that we are doing little. Therefore, the to-do list will continue to grow. “Good girls should be able to do everything,” right? Haven’t you seen the American film: “They shoot the hunted horses, don’t they?” And now another list: - Get some sleep; - Drink a cup of coffee while no one is in the kitchen and listen to your favorite tune; — Pray;— Do exercises/walk/jog;— Prepare breakfast;— Work at work (and where would we be without it, mortgage holders));— During lunch, walk to your favorite cafe and try a new pie, meditate on it. Exchange smiles with a handsome man at the next table; - Have dinner with what God sent (and today he sent ready-made food from the supermarket)) But in beautiful dishes; - Get tired and ask your husband to “do something with the child”; - Go for a walk before sleep while the husband pays off his parental duty, and at the same time makes ends meet, learning (or exhausting?) lessons with the child; - Get some sleep. How? Sounds fantastic, I know. But I have a significant justification for the undivided egoism of this list. It lies in the fact that in this situation the woman does not get exhausted and does not get tired. A tired woman, as you know, is an unhappy woman. Accordingly, a woman is not tired, she is a happy woman! Q.E.D! (I’m not bad with logic, I know)) Further, more! A happy woman means her children, her husband, and even her cat and dog are happy!) But that’s not all. One moment. Everything we do from the second list, we do slowly! And not just slowly, but me-e-d-l-e-nn-o-o. Then, I guarantee, you will not only not get tired, but also begin to fill with energy. Does it look tempting and at the same time unrealistic? And you start practicing list No. 2 and the principle “me-e-e-dle-e-enn-o-o.” And very soon you will be able to answer the question: “How to do everything without getting tired.” Good luck!
