Do you want your dreams to come true? It’s the last week before the new year, which means it’s time to start making a list of goals for the next year so that the year is productive. To start, you just need to make a list of wishes/goals/ideas, which we would like to realize, but which were always put off until better and more suitable times... We put off many of our desires, dreams, plans for later, finding a lot of excuses for this. This is why dreams seem unattainable... but in fact, you just need to start moving towards your dream. The dream will not come true by itself! To get what you want, you need to take responsibility for fulfilling your desires into your own hands and start taking action! Planning is a great help with this. Planning organizes and helps you carry out your plans here and now, moving towards your dream in small steps. After the list of goals/desires is written, you will need to review it, select priority goals - those that are most important to you, those that you will implement in first of all. Next, you need to describe in detail each step that needs to be taken to make the goal closer. There can be an unlimited number of task steps, they can be as specific and simple as possible. For example, these could be the following tasks - searching for information on a certain topic, calling a certain person, meeting, making a decision, buying a part, etc. When we break a global goal into many small tasks (easily achievable!) - it becomes easier for us and It’s easier to breathe 😊 Our goal begins to be perceived differently, we begin to understand that all this can actually be accomplished. And most importantly, by completing each task we become closer to a dream that seemed unattainable, our mood improves, the desire to act grows when we see even the most insignificant results! Next, we need to distribute tasks over days and weeks, the main thing is to do something every day, which brings you closer to your goal. In order to start taking action, you need to create a time frame for achieving each goal. (For example, write a book in three months). Limiting time helps you organize yourself and your time.
