When you’re stuck between worlds As before, training yourself, squeezing all the juice out of yourself just to achieve what you want, no longer works. I began to feel myself and the pain that I was causing myself. But I still didn’t know how to move differently. And you can get stuck in this state for a very long time... You don’t know how to stop and pause in time. Because of this, you burn out and move in jerks. I began to feel that I deserved more, that I was devaluing myself all the time. This is painful and offensive. But you don’t know how to begin to value yourself so that the world believes in it. You no longer want to make decisions from your head. I have been convinced many times that the voice of reason leads to a dead end. But you don’t know how to hear the voice of your heart. Because of all this, you go in circles. And you are afraid to take a new step - outside this circle. You come up with excuses for yourself. You are looking outside for a reason and a way to escape. You get temporary peace. And then you come back to where you started. To a feeling of unfulfillment. To your potential, which asks to come out, wants to be seen, recognized. To the unlived life in the heart. In conclusion, some inspiring quotes from me: You can be tired, but at the same time happy. You can fail, but feel satisfied with the work done. You can not understand, but trust and follow it. You can not be able to do well, but still do it. You can learn You can be hurt, but let go and not worry You can be ridiculous and not fit in, but continue to be yourself You can not know something and ask others to explain it to you You can dance your life, even if there is no reason for it Life is much more pleasant and simpler when you approach it with simplicity . When you come out of the mental traps of a wounded ego into the light. You feel relief from meeting yourself. When you don't have to pretend to be anyone. When you are enough. Then calmness and confidence become your natural states. And I carefully guide my clients along this path. The path to your real self. To give yourself permission to live boldly, to take long, confident steps. And don’t mince around, embarrassed by every step you take, looking around, trying to guess who thought what about you. Choose inner freedom. Live from it. More information about me and various benefits here: https://anna-psy.aqulas.me
