The second part of the article is a story about the main methods that will help you awaken and increase this energy. A couple of simple exercises will help you a lot with this. Exercise No. 1. Take, for starters, standard situations that you constantly encounter in life. Make a list of qualities that will help you be as effective as possible in these situations. Make a list of people (your friends, heroes of books, films, etc.) who possess these qualities. Once again you find yourself in one of these standard situations, merge with this hero. Behave the way he would behave. Imagine that you are playing the role of this hero. Exercise No. 2. Using the previous algorithm, work on changing your position from passive to active. Play alternately the role of a helpless victim (on whom nothing depends and whose fate is only to go with the flow), then the role of a hero for whom nothing is impossible. Stay in the role of the second hero for as long as possible to enjoy this feeling, absorb it into yourself and so that it becomes a habitual way of thinking and acting. Start practicing on simple and harmless situations, and then, when you get used to it, move on to more complex ones. This way you will understand that something still depends on you and that you can control what happens in your life. This will give you confidence. And this, in turn, will cause an influx of energy. How else can you increase this energy and learn to manage it? Find your goal. And not just any kind. It doesn’t take a lot of energy to get off the couch and buy yourself a treat at the nearest store. But to organize, for example, your own business, you need a lot of energy. And the amount of energy that will be at your disposal depends entirely on your requests. For big goals, your body will produce a large amount of energy, for small ones - a small amount. In other words, the amount of gasoline you pour into your car is the distance you will drive. So, the goal must be large-scale and also specific. If you don’t know where you want to go, then you won’t get anywhere... Imagine that you find yourself in the remote taiga. If you walk randomly, how long will you wander like this before you go out to people? And will you be able to reach them at all? What if you have a compass and an understanding of the specific direction in which the settlement you need is located? Also, the goal should be measurable and feasible. If you want to ride on the clouds, as the Hedgehog and the Little Bear did in the cartoon “Shake!” Hello!”, then this will remain a pipe dream. And not only will it not add energy to you, but on the contrary, it will pump it out of you. Because you will suffer from the fact that you cannot fulfill your dream, and you will waste energy on this torment.
