Do you know what goals are easiest to achieve? Of course, those that fall on prepared soil. But not everyone is able to recognize this most favorable moment. But it is precisely this that is the basis of success. If you get the chance, talk to a person who complains of fatigue, poor health and a difficult life. You will see that unlucky, unhappy people not only plan their goals with great difficulty, but also go towards them, with particular stubbornness, regardless of internal resistance, their own desires and other circumstances. Such “heroic” behavior has been ingrained in them since childhood. “Desires” fell into the category of “spoiledness,” and “unwillingness to obey someone else’s will” fell into the category of “insolence.” Therefore, it is not surprising that, having gone through such an upbringing, adults have lost all connection with themselves, and are not able to correctly set priorities and feel where easy victory and luck await them. The goals remain, but intuition does not work. But this picture is not typical for everyone. There are many people who have managed to retain not only the ability to enjoy life, but also to easily, without strain, achieve their goals. They are always lucky! How? There is nothing complicated about it. Take some time for yourself, and you, too, will delight others with your incredible luck and love of life. 1. Ours or Aliens. Take a closer look at your plans. Whose will are you doing? If you feel tired, apathetic, it’s most likely someone else’s. You can achieve your own goals quickly and easily, but you have to struggle to push through other people’s goals. Under someone else's goal, you will say: “I need... I have to do this.” Underneath: “I want to do this.” An indicator of a “stranger” that has settled inside you will be a loss of strength, frequent mood swings, attacks of aggression, tearfulness, drowsiness, devastation, and decreased immunity. Your goals will delight you, cause a surge of energy, generate new ideas, maintain a good mood, and improve your well-being. We take only our own goals with us and move on. 2. We connect. Everyone knows that carrying a bunch of keys is much more convenient. How much time and effort would a maid spend if she went to the concierge for every key? The same can be said about your goals. If the goal is tied to your bunch of current tasks, then you can easily go through them, “get” the most convenient one at that moment and achieve what you want. Make sure that your goal follows you “along the path” so that you don’t have to go too far, turn back, or make life-changing choices. If your goal is related to current affairs, great! 3. Dead end, tunnel or spacious... It's time to think about additional bonuses. In addition to achieving the main goal, why not get a few pleasant “surprises”. Ask yourself: What else will I get? What's next? To get a clearer picture, let's divide the goals into three groups: dead-end, tunnel, spacious. Dead-end - There is a goal and a narrow dark tunnel ahead. We got there and... hit our foreheads against the wall. They didn’t understand why they were going, they turned around and went back. Thus, the goal was achieved, the energy was spent, the meaning of one’s own achievement remained unclear or turned out to be so insignificant that it was forgotten after a few days. Such goals only make sense for a trip to a cave, where you will get new impressions, freeze and re-appreciate sunlight and warmth. It is highly discouraged to follow this path towards long-term goals. Tunnel – There is a target and a long narrow tunnel ahead. We arrived and...saw a huge expanse in front of us. We rose to a new level and were delighted with the new possibilities. Of course, the path was difficult, you had to limit yourself, work a lot, but you are ready to sacrifice “such little things” for the sake of a big bright goal. Already at the exit, you again spread your wings and gain new heights. For example, this could be a business project that currently sucks a lot of energy and requires extreme concentration, but over time it will bring?»
