Lucky man? Or a complete misunderstanding on which all the misfortunes of this world fell? Whether you know that whether a person is successful or not depends on his “I-image”. Yesterday, quite by accident, I watched the film “The Game” (a Russian film, by the way). And there it was demonstrated how failures affect a person. If in childhood a boy was attacked by a group of hooligans in the yard, beaten and humiliated, how will this affect the boy? The boy may become embittered and not find a way out for his feelings and, already in adulthood, try to play out the childhood scenario in his favor on weaker ones. What it looks like in life: a boss who humiliates employees; a father who raises a child with a belt; a husband who cheats on his wife. The second option is for the child to accept that he is a failure and can be treated as such. I think everyone in school or class had an example of such a boy who was bullied. We create success in our lives with our own thoughts. This happens in early childhood, and when we grow up it is often not realized. And for our thoughts to change, it’s time to work on our own worldview. Everything that happens is for good! Situations can be completely different, some of which we are not able to influence. But there is a lesson to be learned from every situation. Only in the long term can you notice how this or that event affected you. Ask yourself: how is this situation useful for me? What better purpose is she in my life? This way of thinking leads to the fact that all failures become successes and provide new opportunities. Another of the companions of failure is fear! Various fears: to say; do; go; allow; defend; show, etc. This is the bolt that closes the door through which luck enters. Luck may knock, call you, show you opportunities and prospects, but it’s so scary. I’d better wait a little longer, otherwise it won’t work out. Who recognized themselves? You need to learn to cope with fear. It won't work out any other way. It binds, settles in the body, changes consciousness and thoughts. You need to make friends with fear, understand that if you tell about your real self, it will not kill you. The task of fear is to keep you alive, so as not to fall from the mountain, not to get eaten by predators, not to drown, etc. But he is so cunning and has evolved along with humanity and can now manifest itself when your life is not in any danger at all. The tiger is not waiting for you outside the boss’s door, but it’s so scary to open it and ask for a promotion. A multi-level model helps in working with fear: -Working with the body. Removing blocks and clamps - Working with previous experience. Once there was an experience of failure, it is important to return there and transform it into a positive story. -Working with beliefs. We transform negative ones into positive ones. - Working with the environment. We look at who from the environment supports and feeds fear - Working with an ideal image. Integration into life is what will come instead of fear. Emotions such as fear, despair, resentment, guilt, and doubt always hinder success. Love, faith, creativity, gratitude, inspiration accelerate the process of fulfillment of desires. Life is an amazing thing, that’s what we need it for, to create our own happy reality.
